Palm Estate
Palm Oil Estate Management
Professional plantation management services delivering consistent yields, sustainable practices, and full operational oversight.
Overview
What We Do
Jaya Budicon manages palm oil estates across Johor, providing end-to-end plantation services from land preparation and seedling cultivation through to harvesting and fresh fruit bunch (FFB) delivery to mills. Our team brings deep agronomic knowledge and operational discipline to every estate we manage.
We work with landowners, investors, and plantation companies to maximise yield, reduce operational costs, and maintain sustainable farming practices in line with the Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) framework.
How It Works
Our Process
01
Land Preparation
Site clearing, terracing, and soil preparation are carried out to create optimal growing conditions before planting begins.
02
Planting & Cultivation
High-yielding palm seedlings are planted and maintained through a structured fertilisation, pest management, and pruning programme.
03
Harvesting
Trained harvesting crews use proper cutting techniques to collect ripe fresh fruit bunches (FFB) at peak oil content, maximising mill extraction rates.
04
FFB Delivery
Harvested FFB is transported promptly to certified palm oil mills to maintain freshness and oil quality, with full weight and delivery documentation.
